GDPR Compliance
Doing business at TVL means doing clean business. We do not tolerate corruption, bribery, fraud nor money laundering. Our staff members act with integrity and with respect for human rights and environmental awareness. We introduce our code of conduct to our personnel, suppliers and sub-suppliers as a guideline to conduct business in a respectful way, in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
GDPR policy
TVL takes the protection of data seriously. Therefore, we have set up several policies that all have a common thread: they regulate the collection, processing, usage and storage of personal data, and they follow the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.
Integrity Policy
The integrity policy regulates how TVL handles data. We emphasize to all employees to always act and interact in a deontological way.
Clean Desk and Clean Screen Policy
The Clean Desk and Clean Screen policy regulates how we handle all documents and in particular documents that contain personal information, and how we can protect sensitive information on our computer screen from prying eyes. Furthermore, it stipulates surfing the internet, the usage of e-mail, fax and telephone.
Policy on the storage and usage of personal data
This policy, which we communicate to every staff member of TVL, gives an overview of what kind of personal data we are using to what end, and how long we will store these data.
Policy regarding the reporting of security incidents
This policy stipulates how to deal with and report a security incident.
